Abbott Furnace - Continuous Belt Furnaces
Abbott Furnace Company was established in 1982 as a manufacturing and service company for control panels. In 1986, Abbott Furnace manufactured its first continuous belt furnace for the heat treat industry. Later, Abbott Furnace has expanded into diverse domestic and foreign industries, including furnaces for powdered metal, annealing, brazing, thick film processing, glass to metal seal, and fuel cells.
Abbott Furnace is located in the City of St. Marys in Northwestern Pennsylvania. We employ 70+ skilled and salaried employees in a modern 50,000 square foot facility. Our work force is very stable with an average tenure of 10 years. This stability in our workforce has permitted us to focus on continuous belt furnace technology and service, facilitating the growth of long-term business relationships with our valued customers.
2nd Annual Continuous Furnace Training Symposium in Mexico
Abbott Furnace is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Continuous Furnace Training Symposium to be held September 27th, 28th and 29th at the Fiesta Americana in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Presentations will be made in both Spanish and English.
Who Should Attend:
Operators, Technicians, Maintenance Personnel and Engineers involved in day to day operation of Continuous Belt Furnaces. Product Designers and Project Managers will also benefit from the practical information presented at the Symposium.
Plan to attend the only symposium in North America focused on continuous furnaces. An excellent opportunity to learn all aspects of continuous furnaces in the applications of brazing and sintering, this event, which we limit to 50 attendees, will provide information that can be directly applied to their daily operations and problems. Question and answer sessions provide attendees with a venue to consult on current furnace issues and part problems.
